Fernando serves as Agency Manager at Hercor Insurance Group and plays a key role in overseeing operations and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Known for his dedication and strong work ethic, Fernando approaches every challenge with the mindset of a champion.

A former Little League Baseball World Champion with Team Nogales LL (50/70 division) and a two-time Arizona State Champion with Nogales High School Baseball in 2017 and 2018, Fernando brings the discipline, teamwork, and commitment he developed through sports into his leadership role at Hercor.
